HMU is an adults-only AI-companion service.
Adult conversations and roleplay are allowed, but some content is not permitted.
These rules apply to chats, photo and video prompts, uploaded content, and other use of the Service.
They apply to every user and every Premium plan.
Adults only
You must be at least 18 years old, or older if the age of majority in your location is higher, to use HMU.
The Service is strictly unavailable to minors.
Sexual or sexualized content involving minors is never allowed.
This also includes characters who are described, presented, or made to look like children or teenagers, even if a prompt labels them as 18+.

Other restricted uses
- Do not use a real person's identity, name, image, voice, or likeness to create deepfakes, face-swaps, voice clones, persona copies, or other impersonation content.
- Do not use AI-companion replies, screenshots, images, videos, or chat logs to impersonate, deceive, blackmail, extort, or harass another person.
- Do not present an AI-companion's words, images, or actions as if they came from a real person.
- Do not try to obtain system prompts, internal safety instructions, or other protected system information.
- Do not try to bypass safety controls with jailbreaks, prompt injection, coded wording, repeated rephrasing, or other workarounds.
- Do not use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to abuse the Service, its limits, or its safety systems.
Why these rules exist?
These limits are designed to protect minors, real people, user safety, privacy, and legal rights, and to prevent the Service from being used for abuse or unlawful activity.
What happens if a request is restricted?
A restricted photo or video prompt may be refused before generation starts.
In chat, an AI-companion may refuse the request or move the conversation away from the restricted topic.
🔴 A Premium plan or Sparks balance does not remove Content Safety restrictions.
Attempts to bypass the rules
Calling a restricted request a joke, fantasy, roleplay, or fictional scenario does not make prohibited content acceptable.
Changing wording or using code words to bypass a restriction is also not allowed.
Violations may lead to content refusal, account restrictions, suspension, or termination.
Serious cases may be reported to the appropriate authorities where required by law.
